Drop In Classes
All classes can be attended on a drop-in basis each week.

Yin
Wind down your week with a relaxing hour of Yin Yoga. In this class, you will treat yourself to mostly seated or lying down poses, targeting the connective tissue such as ligaments and fascia. You will be supported by blankets and bolsters so that your muscles can relax, enabling you to hold the poses for a longer period. We aim for you to leave this class a lot more relaxed than when you came in. All abilities and bodies welcome, you do not need any experience of yoga to enjoy a yin class.

Yoga for Stiff People
This class is designed for anyone who feels yoga might be out of reach due to stiffness or inflexibility. Whether you're new to yoga, coming back after a break, or simply looking for a slower, more mindful practice approach, this is the perfect space to start.
With clear, detailed guidance, you'll learn to move and feel more at ease in each pose, creating greater comfort and freedom in your body. Open to all bodies, this slower-paced class helps you take the first step towards moving with more ease.

Breathe and Meditate
This 30-minute lunchtime session is designed to create some calm and space in your busy day. We'll settle in with some calming paranayama breathing, then move into a guided meditation/ visualisation. After a little optional gentle movement, we'll take some time for a focussed meditation, with some relaxation to finish. This is meditation for every body and every mind. No experience necessary, just the need for a little more calm in your day.

Private and Corporate Bookings
Would you like to treat your team or yourself to a class of your choice, designed especially for you? I am available for one-off private or corporate bookings, for Christmas celebrations, team wellbeing treats or team-building sessions. Would you like to make this a regular team wellbeing activity?
