Dynamic Flow

Challenge your body in our dynamic flow classes. Beautifully themed and crafted to build heat and strength while creating mindfulness and focus.

Flow & Slow Flow

Throughout these beautifully themed and sequenced classes the body is encouraged to move seamlessly from one pose to another ensuring you stay connected to your body in every moment. All levels welcome in these classes, teachers are adept at offering variations to suit your ability

Yin

A slow, soothing, and meditative style of yoga that targets the deep connective tissues, bones, joints, fascia, and ligaments in the body. Your body and mind will benefit hugely from this class.

Yin & Yang

Begin your yoga journey with soothing Pranayama. Transition seamlessly into a mid to strong Vinyasa Flow, harmonizing breath and movement. Embrace tranquility in the Yin Yoga phase, culminating in a serene Savasana for complete relaxation. Elevate your practice, mind and spirit.

Gentle Yoga with Meditation and Mantra

This series of classes will incorporate gentle movement, meditation, mantra and pranayama, weaving together a holistic and complete morning practice. These sessions will deepen your yoga practice and give you an understanding of working with the energy of the morning to boost your sense of wellbeing and to move gracefully and intentionally through your day. All levels welcome.

Stretch, Breathe and Relax

In this yoga class you will find gentle, all-body stretching and movement, with a combination of strength, breath and relaxation. You will drop into a grounded, relaxed state through guided meditation, followed by gentle floor work to warm the body in preparation for standing poses and flowing Surya Namaskar (salute to the sun) sequences. We finish with a Tibetan Bowl soundscape reclining in Savasana to round out the practice. In this calming practice, find a sense of grounding through connection of breath and movement, and connect and plug back into our natural state of stillness.

Yoga for Stiff People

This class is thoughtfully designed for anyone who feels yoga might be out of reach due to stiffness or inflexibility. Whether you're new to yoga, coming back after a break, or simply looking for a gentler approach, this is the perfect space to start.


With clear, detailed guidance, you'll learn to move and feel more at ease in each pose, fostering greater comfort and freedom in your body. Open to all bodies, this slower-paced class helps you take the first step towards moving with more ease.

Yoga Joes

Developed especially for the guys. Whatever downtime activity or sport you do, this class is for you. Yoga is the perfect cross-training tool. This class ensures you create space in your body and mind.

Beginners Series

Did you do a little yoga years ago, or maybe never before? Or maybe you would like a slow pace with a focus on alignment. If so this class is for you. This is a 10-week commitment, and will give you the foundations for a great yoga practice.

Teen Yogis

Created especially for Generation Alpha, this class is designed to empower with skills of connection, acceptance, and self-care, while building some strength and flexibility. Ideally for years 9-14.

Little Yogis

Becky has created this special class to introduce 6-10-year-olds to the beauty and positivity of yoga. She uses creative storytelling and fun-filled focused mindful movements to excite and inspire any little budding yogi.

Somatic Inquiry

This block of classes offers you the opportunity to dive deep using meditation, mantra, asana, mindful movement, and self-reflection through journaling. To commit to this course of classes you will be doing so with other like-minded souls which creates a supportive group and a safe space to deepen your practice.  This course will be held at a different location- please contact Kate at kate@kateevans.co.nz for more details and bookings.
